You died, O Lord Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls & an ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us. O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You.
(Repeat this three times. You must understand the depth of meaning of each word. You will soon know when this is having effect.)
The Miracle Prayer is another fabulous one - try it.
Lord Jesus, I come before You, just as I am. I am sorry for all my sins. I repent of my sins, please forgive me. In Your name, I forgive all others for what they have done against me. I renounce Satan, the evil spirits and all their works. I give You my entire self, Lord Jesus, now and forever. I invite You into my life Jesus. I accept You as my Lord, God and Saviour. The analogy, as food is to the body, pure thoughts are to the soul. This is why Catholics are taught to be modest. Nowadays, corrupt, satanic, circular emails are sent which appear to be light hearted, and/or humorous, in fact they corrupt ones mind. Satan is aware that evil thoughts, lead to evil actions.
Now I hope it makes sense, why one must not view media programmes, where people dress indecently; where the stage background has corrupt designs; be strong, walk away. Satan enters your Home this way. Satan is powerful. He corrupts you mind, to make you sin. Hence, you might find, each time you decide to do a good deed;to better yourself, you will be distracted.
When this happens, make the sign of the cross, say aloud, “In the name of the father, & of the Son, & of the Holy Spirit” Amen. The actions involved is, hold both of your palms together, with your right hand touch your forehead, then touch your chest, then your left shoulder then your right shoulder, place both your palms together. May God bless you.
